RisQuant Energy today announced that they had completed Power Nominals coverage of ISO New England at the zone and interface level. In their February release, Power Nominals had already covered all of the zones and the hub in New England. With this move, they add interfaces to New Brunswick, NY-Roseton, NY-Shoreham, Quebec Higate and Quebec Phase1/Phase2.
