RisQuant Energy today announced that they had completed coverage of NYISO at the zone and interface level. Their release in February had been limited to zones in the New York City metropolitan area, zones G, H, I, J & K. With this release, Power Nominals now covers all eleven zones and the four interfaces to other systems, Quebec, Ontario, New England and PJM.

James Carson, Principal and CEO of RisQuant Energy, commented that complete coverage for NY-ISO was logical given the level of customer interest there in Power Nominals. With the completion of NY-ISO, Carson commented that the total market coverage for Power Nominals was now thirty-seven commercially significant hubs, zones and interfaces. Power Nominals reports modeled prices, forward volatility, delivered volatility and power/natgas delta sensitivity on a thirty-six month curve.
