RisQuant Energy has adapted the methods and models that we have developed over more than a decade to address this need for transparency. We have rolled out ‘RisQuant Power Nominals’ and invite you to evaluate it to see whether it meets your organization's requirements. While Power Nominals is relevant to front, middle and back office functions, RisQuant Energy does not offer complete ETRM solutions. Rather, we focus on a particularly difficult aspect that can then be easily integrated into your systems.

Weather and electricity markets are intimately connected. While our mission is power market transparency, we also offer Weather Metrics. This product reports distributional statistics for important weather locations throughout the US. While targeting the needs of weather derivatives traders, the statistics are valuable to anyone, especially power and other energy companies, with an interest in managing weather risk.
